1. If you have a young person with special needs attending school you may qualify for a Disability Tax Credit Certificate from the Canada Revenue Agency. As a Registered Psychologist Dr. Forman is qualified to assist with the filling out of a portion of the form.

The Ontario Ministry of Education announces that: "All parents have the right to advocate for their child." (Shared Solutions p.27) In order to do this Parent's Advocacy in the School provides Materials & Resources for Parent Advocates. As a parent helping your child with special needs in school you need to come to meetings fully prepared. We will guide you to successful dealings with your school by supplying you with the following necessary important resources.
